rawlings proRawlings Prospects NC is a North Carolina-based showcase organization. Our mission is to develop young athletes that have the desire to continue their baseball careers beyond high school.

Our organization emphasizes the highest standard of work, both on the field and in the classroom. Each year, our goal is to put players in front of as many college and MLB scouts as possible. Our teams play in some of the largest and most well-attended events in the country. We are an organization that believes in practice and working on the game, both physically and mentally. In addition to the game, we work on character-building and we prioritize TEAM environments.

Our staff includes like-minded individuals that share the vision to help these young men achieve their goals. We provide a pleasant atmosphere for both your young player and your entire family. Our players represent Rawlings and their families in a respectful manner both on and off of the field.
